How a pilot runs

Week 0: 20-minute call; we verify the instructor and create the classroom workspace.
Week 1: students sign in with their email (one-time code, no passwords), score their project idea and write the charter with the coach.
Every tollgate: the coach pre-audits; the instructor reviews; the champion signs in the system.
Term end: students download their acceptance record with the certification summary; we review completion with you. The workspace then becomes read-only and student accounts are removed (or continue on the partner plan).

Data and privacy: students' projects are isolated per workspace, sign-in is by email code, nothing is sold or used for advertising — see the IT approval pack and privacy policy. No LMS integration yet; students use a link and their email.
