Refund policy

14-day money-back guarantee

If Taktstone is not right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — for any reason, no questions asked. This applies to every plan: Founding Member, Pro (yearly or one-time), Consultant and Team (first payment and each renewal payment).

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds:

• Go to paddle.net, find your order with the email address you used, and request a refund; or
• reply to your Paddle receipt email; or
• write to sales@taktstone.com and we will arrange it with Paddle.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After a refund

Your subscription or licence ends when the refund is processed. In the hosted workbench your projects stay safe and become read-only, so you can export them.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancelling after the 14 days does not refund the current period, but no further payments are taken.
